1. About these Terms

GloboIntel is a decision-intelligence platform designed to help users monitor developments, search information, review risk and opportunity signals, create watchlists and alerts, and support structured decision-making. These Terms apply to use of the public website and, where enabled, the logged-in platform.

If you or your organisation has a separate written agreement, order form or enterprise contract with GloboIntel, that agreement will take priority where it expressly conflicts with these public Terms.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
• You must not share access in a way that exceeds the seats, users or permissions included in your plan.
• You should notify GloboIntel promptly if you believe an account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
• GloboIntel may apply role-based permissions, usage limits, security checks or additional authentication controls where appropriate.

3. Intelligence content and decision support

GloboIntel may present information collected from public, official, licensed or otherwise permitted sources together with classifications, search results, scores, summaries, alerts, risk indicators, opportunity indicators and other analytical outputs.

Those outputs are intended to support research and decision-making. They do not replace professional judgement and should not be treated as a guarantee, prediction or instruction to take a particular action.

• Risk, confidence, relevance and opportunity scores are prioritisation tools, not statements of certainty.
• Source-grounded answers depend on the information available to GloboIntel at the time of the request.
• Users should review cited source material before relying on an output for a material legal, financial, investment, security, regulatory or operational decision.

4. Acceptable use

You must use GloboIntel lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or administrative functions;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the service;
• use automated tools to extract or reproduce data beyond the access permitted by your plan or written agreement;
• circumvent usage limits, access controls, rate limits or subscription restrictions;
• upload or transmit malicious code, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights;
• misrepresent GloboIntel outputs as verified facts where the underlying evidence does not support that conclusion;
• resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute protected platform content except where expressly permitted.

5. Subscriptions, billing and paid services

Some GloboIntel features may require a paid subscription, additional intelligence credits or a separate enterprise agreement. Prices, included features, usage allowances and billing periods are shown on the applicable Pricing, Checkout or order page at the time of purchase.

• Recurring subscriptions continue for the selected billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
• Taxes may be added where required.
• Usage allowances may apply to Ask GloboIntel, team seats, data exports, API access or other metered features.
• Enterprise and government services may be governed by bespoke commercial terms rather than the public subscription plans.

Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider. Where enabled, that provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to the payment transaction.

6. Intellectual property, data and permitted use

The GloboIntel name, branding, interface, software, platform design, original written materials and proprietary analytical methods are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party source material remains subject to the rights and licence terms of the relevant source owner.

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully provide to GloboIntel. You grant GloboIntel the limited rights necessary to host, process and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use GloboIntel for your own or your organisation’s authorised purposes during the period in which you have valid access.

7. Third-party sources and links

GloboIntel may link to or ingest material from government bodies, regulators, international organisations, publishers, research organisations, companies and other third parties. Those organisations are responsible for their own content.

A link, citation, classification or ingestion of third-party material does not mean GloboIntel endorses every statement made by that source. Source availability, accuracy and publishing practices can change without notice.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep GloboIntel available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The service may occasionally be limited by maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, source changes, security measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may improve, replace, add or retire features as the platform develops. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will aim to provide reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Responsibility and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that principle, GloboIntel is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user’s reliance on incomplete, outdated, third-party or incorrectly interpreted intelligence, or by decisions made without appropriate independent verification.

For paid services, any contractual limitation of liability stated in an applicable order form, enterprise agreement or customer contract will apply. Where no separate agreement exists, liability will be assessed under the law that applies to the relationship between the user and the operator of GloboIntel.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled through the available billing controls or the applicable customer agreement.

GloboIntel may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, respond to a security issue, enforce subscription limits, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as GloboIntel develops, as laws change, or as new services are introduced. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. Material changes affecting an active paid service may also be communicated through the platform or by email.

Governing terms

If a separate customer agreement specifies governing law and jurisdiction, those provisions apply. Otherwise, the governing law and forum will be determined by the law applicable to the operator of GloboIntel and the user relationship.
